Magento Pay as you go support packages
We offer Magento support packages on a Pay as you Go basis. This can be used by customers who are looking for solving some minor problems on a Magento website or looking for support for our extensions. Our in-house team consists of highly skilled developers, project managers and designers who ensure the highest quality of work.
There are not long term commitments. This is an on demand service you can benefit from at a level that suits your needs.
How does it work
There is no contract period. You will only be charged for the time you use, in 10 min increments. We keep your unused support hours up to 3 months. Initial contact support must be made by e-mail. Phone support is available on the Medium package.
Support when you need it
These support packages provide ad-hoc support only when you need it. Avoid long term commitments: you only pay for the time you use.

Emergency support
Help when you need it most. Emergency support is only available for the worst case scenarios. Our team of experts will find a solution and help you to get you store back up and running in the quickest manner.
